What is the service status?

Our service will be discontinued on January 5, 2026. After this date users will be unable to access the platform or perform transactions. Additionally, there will be no ongoing services or support available beyond wind‑down handling. Learn more here.

How is data handled?

After platform shutdown and service discontunation on January 5th, 2026 we will begin deleting or anonymizing personal information that we no longer need. We will retain limited records required by law (for example, tax/audit and payment dispute records) for the applicable retention periods, after which they will be securely destroyed.

What is your refund policy?
